I consider myself a weaver — bringing together many modalities, lineages, and teachings to support your intentions. My approach integrates ontological coaching; nature connection; intuitive guidance; energy psychology; somatic and parts work; ceremonial and wilderness guiding. I am an ICF-accredited coach, trained through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), one of the most rigorous coaching schools recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

My ceremonial, cultural and energetic training has shaped much of who I am. Raised in a Jewish family, I learned about the importance of culture and ancestral heritage from a young age. I spent years living, working and studying in Jewish communities starting in my 20s. I began my shamanic apprenticeship while living at a Jewish retreat center in my twenties with my first teacher, Hawksbrother, which opened the doorway into earth-based and spirit-attuned work. Over the years, I’ve received ceremonial training and cultivated respectful, ongoing relationships with the Shipibo people of Peru and the Mazatec lineage of Mexico. I have also completed three years of advanced energy training with Lynda Cesera, deepening my ability to track subtle patterns and support nervous system coherence.

My somatic training and social-emotional skillsets include coursework and experience with Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, Focusing, Re-evaluation Counseling and Body-Mind Centering — modalities that help us listen to the wisdom of the body and emotions and gently unwind long-held patterns. My work is also informed by a foundations course in clinical herbalism, a Hakomi inspired Wilderness Guide Training with Wilderness Reflections, and my long relationship with the regenerative nature-connection community of 8 Shields, which I found in my mid-twenties.

Of Jewish and Italian heritage, I was raised with a deep commitment (thanks mom and dad!) to justice, community care, and the responsibility to create a world that honors all beings. My path began early — co-founding the Philadelphia Student Union in eighth grade — and continued through decades of service, including developing Jewish nature-based programming for Wilderness Torah and founding Gaia Passages, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls and gender-expansive youth through nature-based mentorship and Rites of Passage.

Today, my work includes co-leading wilderness journeys for womxn through Wild Wisdom and hosting healing retreats at my home sanctuary in Sebastopol with my beloved partner, Jens Jarvie.

In my personal life, I am devoted to the medicine of balance — work and rest, progress and process, stillness and movement, presence and play — and to creating beauty through art, music, food, ritual, and community. My life is guided by curiosity, reverence, and a deep love for this earth and the great mystery we are all a part of.

I am here to walk beside you on this humble journey of being human — to help you hear your soul, trust your knowing, and bring your inner truth into your lived, embodied life.

may the ripples that we create with each human step leave beauty in their wake.

I am spiritual counselor, ceremonialist, coach, guide, artist, and earth-lover. My life’s work has been devoted to personal and collective transformation — helping people return to themselves, reclaim their wholeness and gifts, and step into their lives with clarity, courage, and coherence.

For over two decades, I have supported hundreds of people — from youth to adulthood — through experiences that invoke connection to self, community, earth, and spirit. Whether in a one-on-one session, or in a group context, my intention is always to help you hear what is true inside you, and then walk that truth in the world.

My work blends deep soul listening with somatic awareness, ceremony, energy work, and practical coaching. When we slow down enough to listen, your inner knowing becomes unmistakable. And once clarity arrives, we translate it into small, sweet, doable steps that bring your life into alignment with your deepest values and callings.
